Judith brings extensive experience in strategy, executive, and management roles across government, community, creative industries, and national cultural agencies. Her previous roles include Director of Strategy and Policy at Arts NSW (now Create NSW), CEO of Milk Crate Theatre, and director of the Front & Centre Arts Leadership program for women with disability. Since 2012, she has been a career, leadership, and team development coach and leads Albany Lane Consulting.
